But I'm on ...I think that's exciting news! But I'm on this side of it, and I don't actually have to make the change. <br /><br />If it were me, I would be focused on: <br />1) Is it beneficial to my family? (For instance, more time with the kids.) <br />2) Is it financially beneficial? (And in some cases, does any gain in another area outweigh any $ loss?)<br />3) Will I enjoy the work?<br /><br />I do not work outside of the home right now, but have contemplated going back to work now that both of my children are in school.
