Dooce linked this earlier this week so no doubt you've already seen it, but I can't help it. I already love Ryan Gosling to no end, but this video made me love him SO. MUCH. MORE.
Also, I'm absolutely loving this workout. I've never done Tabata training before, but love HIIT and her "Tabata Thursday" workouts are just a variation. Yay! Thanks, Fitnessista!
