Josh:  It's raining outside?
Me: Yes, it is.
Josh:  It's raining? (Because he says everything no less than twice.)
Me: Yes, Josh, it's raining.

We get out of the car and put the hoods on our hoodies up and run towards the building.

Josh: No, it's not. It's not raining.
